Clinical Observation Of "Detoxication And Activating Blood,Promoting Qi And Eliminating Phlegm" Treatment In Acne Indurate Cystic

Objective:Through the clinical observation of the "detoxication and activating blood, promoting qi and eliminating phlegm" method to treat nodules cyst acne, discuss the modified Xianfang Huoming drink’s curative effect to nodules cyst acne, and analyze it’s mechanism of action, so we can provide a safe and effective method for the treatment of Nodular and Cystic Acne.Method:We choose100cases from the dermatology clinics of Sichuan province chinese medicine hospital, they are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50case in each group. We give modified Xianfang Huoming drink to the treatment group, and give the DanshenTong capsule to the control group, the two groups are given clindamycin phosphate gel. The treatment lasted for8weeks. The scores before and after the treatments were statistically analyzed, thus the efficacy were determined.Results:After observing the95cases of clinical study, the clinical test show that: In the treatment group,5cases heal,11cases have excellent effect,22cases have effect and10cases with no effect, the total effect rates are79.17%; In the control group,3cases heal,6cases have excellent effect,19cases have effect and19cases with no effect, the total effect rates are59.57%; After the statistics analysis, the two group’s differences of therapeutic efficacy have statistical significance (P<0.05), that means the treatment group’s curative effect is superior to the control group. Compare the grade of the two groups in2week and4week, which has no statistical significance (P>0.05), that means the short-term curative effect isalmost the same; Compare the grade of the two groups in6week and8week, which has statistical significance(P<0.05), which means as the treatment continuing, the treatment group’s effect is better than the control group. Compared two healing group’s recurrence rate, the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05), that means the treatment group can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of the control group. In the process of clinical study, there is no obvious untoward effect.Conclusion:The therapeutic method of detoxication and activating blood, promoting qi and eliminating phlegm (modified "Xianfang Huoming drink") has a curative effect to treat the Nodular and Cystic acne, which has no obvious untoward effect, so it has popularization value to the clinical practice.
