Xiong Benefits Capsules, Xiong Xia Capsules In Treatment Of Mild Vascular Dementia In Clinical Observation

Purpose: To research the effect that we treat renal deficiency vascular dementiao by the tradition medicine xiongyi caps and the effect that we treat turbid phlegm blocking the clear orifices vascular dementiao by the tradition medicine xiongxia caps.Method: Using single blind method, all 78 light vascular dementiao patients is divided into 4 groups, including group l(Xiongyi capsule group) , group 2(Xiongxia capsule group), control group 1 (Naofukang pill group), control group 2 (Naofukang pill group) The time of therapy is 12 weeks.Observe the chang of symptom of TCM, integral of MMSE, Changguchuan and activity of daily living amount card ,and the index ofblood fat, blood plasma NO, blood plasma GSH.Result:3.1 The total effective rate of group 1 is 65% in improving integer effect, compared with control group 1 having no significant difference;The total effective rate of group 2 is 60% in improving integer effect, compared with control group 2having no significant difference.3.2 The total effective rate of group 1 is 80%,, significently outweighing control groupl and having significant difference, while the group 2 is 75%, significently outweighing control group2 and having significant difference, which showed that Xiongyi capsule and Xiongxia capsul have significant use of improving light vascular dementiao.3.3 Integral of MMSE amount card of group 1 and group 2 rise up after therapy. There is difference between group 1 (P<0.01) ,so is group 2(P<0.01), which showed that Xiongyi capsule and Xiongxia capsul have significant use of improving light vascular dementiao.3.4 Integral of Changguchuan amount card of group 1 and group 2 rise up after therapy. There is difference between group 1 (P<0.01) ,so is group 2(P<0.01), which showed that Xiongyi capsule and Xiongxia capsul have significant use of improving light vascular dementiao.3.5 Integral of activity of daily living amount card proved that the total effective rate of group 1 is 70%and group 2 is 65%, which showed that Xiongyi capsule and Xiongxia capsul have significant use of improving light vascular dementiao.3.6 Blood plasma NO in group 1 and group 2 is descending after therapy, which both showed significant difference compared with control groups. That showed that Xiongyi capsule and Xiongxia capsul have significant use of descending the NO of light vascular dementiao patients.3.7 There is no difference of GSH between group 1 and group 2, either in any group which showed that Xiongyi capsule and Xiongxia capsul have no statistically difference in GSH of light vascular dementiao patients.3.8 There is no difference of TC> TG, HDL, LDLbetween group 1 and group 2, either in any group which showed that Xiongyi capsule and Xiongxia capsul have no statistically difference in TC\ TG, HDL> LDL of light vascular dementiao patients.Conclusin: This finding indicated that Xiongyi capsule and Xiongxia capsul have significant use of improving light vascular dementiao:, including improving therapy effect and symptom of TCMN improving the ability of membering^ language ^ cognitive and daily living and descending Blood plasma NO.
