Objective:Vascular cognitive impairment with no dementia(VCIND) is an early stage of vascular dementia(Vascular dementia,VaD).However,up to now, there has not been a unified diagnostic standard for VCIND at home and abroad. This study provides evidence for early prediction of dementia by longitudinally observing executive function changes in patients with VCIND.Methods:25 patients with subcortical VCIND were selected from the Department of Neurology, second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, from September 2017 to September 2018.Inclusion criteria included at least one domain of CDR?0.5,integral CDR?0.5,MMSE?24,and subcortical ischemic small vessel disease confirmed by head magnetic resonance imaging.Neuropsychological background tests(including MMSE,MoCA) and performing functional tests were performed on all patients at baseline,1,3,and 6 months. The main results are that the overall cognitive function is evaluated by MoCA,the executive function is evaluated by Go/No go task test, and the development trend of VCIND is predicted according to the cognitive function result.Record adverse events in all patients.Results:1.There was no significant correlation between MMSE score and its itemized items and general data,2.There was a positive correlation between MoCA,visual space, executive function, attention score and educational level, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The pairwise comparison of MMSE score at each time point was was no significant difference between the two groups.4.The results of pairwise comparison of MoCA score at each time point showed that the score at the 6th month was higher than that at baseline, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was further confirmed that MoCA was more sensitive than MMSE in the early screening of mild cognitive impairment.5.At the first month, thrid months and sixth months, the reaction t-ime was longer than that of the baseline, and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).6.At the first month, the correct rate was higher than that at the base line, and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).At the third month and the sixth month, the correct rate was higher than that at the base line, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Education affects visual space, executive function and attention in patients with vascular cognitive impairment.2.Within 6 months, there was no difference in MMSE,MoCA began to differ in the sixth month, and the correct rate of Go/No go task began to differ in the first month, and there was significant difference in the third month and the sixth month.Therefore,Go/No go task is more sensitive in detecting cognitive function.3.In Go/No go task, with the prolongation of time, the correct rate increases but the reaction time prolongs, and the increase of conjecture correct rate is at the expense of acceptable reaction time.It is sp-eculated that if the number of task detection continues to increase, the reaction time will also be gradually shortened.
