| The book of Fu Xing Jue · The Guideline to use medicine of Zang Organs and Fu Organs (simply called Fu Xing Jue as follows) was written by Tao Hongjing. It is said that this book rooted from bequeathal version of Dun Huang, and floundering to circulate in the country. It has more than 30 years since the collector has bestowed this book to the Academe of TCM . Scholars believe that the formation of this book was at least prior to Sui and Tang Dynasty after textual research. In it, containing much lost ancient content of TCM, especially including 60 ancient classic prescriptions that was picked by author form Tang Ye Jing Fa , and it has gained much attention from many scholars. The researches of TCM ,by far, has been focused on textual research to literature and clinical probation. The principle of prescription formation and the laws of compatibility of medicines mainly based on the theory that after Jin and Yuan Dynasties. The writer found that it owned the principle of prescription formation and compatibility of medicines of many lost classic prescriptions (it mainly contains such prescriptions as Tang Ye Jing Fa and Treatise of Damage Cold) . The prescriptions of this book mainly based on the Xu, Shi, Bu, Xie of Five Zangs and the therapeutic laws of Su Wen; under the basis of herb-choosing of Tang Ye Jing Fa that has a kind of attached relationship of Five Tastes and Five Xings, and at last formed this book combining the property of a medicine and mainly efficacy. Because one third prescriptions of this book are same to Treatise of Cold Damage , and the theory of the prescription-constitution equally gained great embodiment after contrasting research. It can offer important referenced guidelines to the origin and essence of Six Meridians of Zhongjing as well as revealing the secret of compatibility of medicines of classic prescriptions after doing the research of principle of prescription formation and the laws of compatibility of medicines.
