A Study On Correlation Of The Regularity In Prescription Compatibility And Syndrome-treatment Between Fu Xing Jue And Shang Han Lun

Objective:To analyse the prescription compatibility laws of Shang Han Lun through the prescription rules recorded in Fu Xing Jue(Fu Xing Jue for short as folllowing).To compare the syndrome and treatment of Fu Xing Jue and Shang Han Lun and analyse the difference between them.So that to study the formulating theory and TCM syndrome differentiation system of classic prescription and to promote its learning and clinical application Method:This paper adopted the method of literature research to mainly discuss three parts as following: Firstly,discussed and summarized the prescription compatibility laws of the disease and syndrome prescriptions of Wu Zang and prescriptions of Er Dan Liu Shen with ancient medical literatures such as Nei Jing,Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing,Nan Jing and so on.Secondly,to censor and analyse the prescription compatibility law of Shang Han Lun through the prescription rules of Fu Xing Jue.Thirdly,comparing the regularity of syndrome-treatment between Fu Xing Jue and Shang Han Lun,discussing the difference of syndrome differentiation systems between them to understand and learn the knowledge and treatment experience about reaction rule of interaction between disease and organism from the ancients,and then,help us to probe into the essence of Liu Jing and the purpose why Zhong Jing created Liu Jing syndrome differentiation system.Result:1.Disease and syndrome prescriptions of Wu Zang were strictly following the rules of Wu Zang Wu Wei Bu Xie and had a unique and strict regularity of Bu Xie while the prescriptions of Er Dan Liu Shen making based on the Liu Yin therapy and the compatibility rules of Wu Wei.The medicine selection of those two kinds of prescriptions were both mainly based on the mutual associations of Wu Xing and WuWei from Zhu Yao Zhi Jing and partially based on the property and function of medicine.2.Prescription compatibility laws of the disease and syndrome prescriptions of Wu Zang was fully embodied in the inside miscellaneous disease prescriptions of Zhong Jing while the formula composing theory of Er Dan Liu Shen had been used frequently in the exogenous disease prescriptions of Zhong Jing.It also reflected that Zhong Jing toke the Bu Xie rule of Wu Wei as important medicine selection reference from the regularity of the medicine’s addition and subtraction of Shang Han Lun.In the mean time,Zhong Jing was good at using these prescription compatibility rules according to the complex and unstable clinical syndromes with medicine property and function,which highlighted the the characteristics of syndrome differentiation treatment and adapted the Liu Jing syndrome differentiation.3.Fu Xing Jue created Liu He syndrome differentiation based on the function of the Wu Zang to adapt Liu Qi.Shang Han Lun toke the conception of Liu Jing as theoretical support to build organic connection between prescription and syndrome and systematized them as a complete theoretical system,which called Liu Jing syndrome differentiation.Conclusion:1.Fu Xing Jue provides us an important literature reference in studying classical prescription.The clinical value of the strict and unique prescription theory of Wu Zang Wu Wei is worthy to learn.2.Tang Ye Jing Fa is the original blueprint of Shang Han Lun.Zhong Jing brought prescriptions of Er Dan Liu Shen into Liu Jing system,which was the innovation to treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs of exogenous disease.3.Syndrome differentiation systems of Fu Xing Jue and Shang Han Lun were different,but they were all based on the experiences and methods of treatment from predecessors and both combined TCM theory with prescription and were completely in principle-method-recipe-medicines.The essence of these two syndrome differentiationsystems were both the discussion and summary about the occurrence,development and change regularities of exogenous disease.Studying the syndrome differentiation systems of Fu Xing Jue and Shang Han Lun are conducive to comprehend the knowledge and treatment experience about reaction rule of interaction between disease and organism from the ancients,which is helpful to understand the human disease resistance mechanism,so as to better guide clinical treatment.
