| Aim: Inquiring the influence of Angelica benefiting blood decoction on blood deficiency model due to loss of blood and the relation between amount and effect of invigorating Qi to promote blood generation.Method: RBC and Hb content were checked with blood cell counter. Femur bone marrow slides were made with the method of Wright' s staining and changes in erythrocyte series of bone marrow was observed. Radio-immunal method was used to examine the EPO level in kidney tissue. Fe storage condition in bone marrow was observed based on the method of bone marrow Fe staining.Outcomes: In groups of Decoction of Danggui on replenishing blood in homogeneous design, group of Danggui on replenishing blood with 5:lratio, group of Danggui and group of Huangqi, symptoms such as bad mental state, slow action, stand in collection, lassitude and drowsiness, gloomy fur, more drinking and anaemia symptom in whole body caused by blood loss were promoted in different degree, RBC counting and Hb content, EPO level in kidney tissue increased and differentiation-maturation of juvenile RBC in bone marrow also increased. The therapeutic effects were obvious in group of Danggui on replenishing blood with 5:lratio, 3rd and 4th group of Decoction, of Danggui on replenishing blood in homogeneous design, which had significant difference compared with the model group. There were no significant differences in each therapeutic group in intro-extro Fe of bone marrow. With the software of UST3. 0 edited by BASIC language, through multiple regression, Huangqi and Danggui in 4:1 ratio was screened as the optimal ratio.Conclusions:Through pharmacodynamics observing, when among Angelica benefiting blood decoction Astragalus and Angelica at the ratio of 5:1, the function of increasing the circulating blood cell amounts and promoting bone marrow generating blood is best. To uniform design Astragalus and Angelica combined group 1-5 , we dealt them with stepwise regression analysis and got Astragalus and Angelica at the ratio of 4:1 is best . |
