Clinical Observation Of Dangguibuxuetang Improve The States Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients With Functional Iron Deficiency

Objective: Through literature research and statistics analysis,with the method of grouping control,it researches new laws and ways to improve the states of maintenance hemodialysis patients with functional iron deficiency in this paper.Method:Firstly, using the method of philology,systematically analyses the etiologies, pathogenesis, dialectical, therapeutic principles, prescription and drug and modern experimental research of maintenance hemodialysis and renal anemia,and hard understand the law of development of dialectical of the states of maintenance hemodialysis patients with functional iron deficiency as a whole.Secondly, adopting the method of clinical medicine observation in combination with grouping antitheses conducts blood dialysis for eligible patients with three times per week and four hours at a time,and low molecular heparin anticoagulation,routinely gives patients some auxiliary treatment such as EPO and ferralia.Patients were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),which observed eigh weeks each group.And recorded TCM signs and symptoms, the detection of HB, SF and TSAT in the blood.Control group:the routine treatment dosage of drugs such as EPO of patients who was choosed and joined into this group made no change,and those patients who were gaven other herbal treatments before test did not give those drugs.Treatment group:patients every morning and evening before meal each oral Dangguibuxue oral liquid 10 ml,a total 8weeks.Compare before and after treatment in patients with HB,SF and TCM signs and symptoms.Result:Clinical effect of treatment group is obviously higher than that of control group,and the difference is statistically significant,p<0.05.Two groups before and after treatment in patients with HB,SFand TSAT situation: there is no statistically significant difference before treatment, p > 0.05; In the two groups after treatment of hemoglobin serum ferritin and transferrin saturation condition is better than those of control group, the above difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Through this study on MHD patients 42 cases combined functional iron deficiency anemia,using of Dangguibuxuetang can significantly improve patients with iron deficiency,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is more obviously than the control group,in addition,the relevant laboratory inspection, found that the treatment group patients HB,SF,TSAT reply is relatively higher than control.Two groups of patients were in the process of study, there was no serious adverse reactions.Tt is showed that Dangguibuxuetang is a safe drug.All in all, Dangguibuxuetang dare again as MHD patients of qi and Yin deficiency, functional iron-deficiency aspects is worthy of further clinical research。...
