The Research Of Curative Effect On Sub Health By Dangguibuxuetang Formula

Objective:To observe the connection between the sub health and the State of lower level of white blood cell's quantity and the effect of Dangguibuxuetang in curing the sub health.Methods:(1)In the pertinence study,we depart 400 people in disease-free state into sub health group and health group,compare the quantity of white blood cell and analyse the connection between the sub health and the state of lower level of white blood cell's quantity.(2)In the clinical study,80 patients in Sub health were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(40 cases)was treated with Dangguibuxuetang and the control group(40 cases) was treated with vitamin c.The clinical effect was observed during the course.Results:(1) The mean of the quantity of white blood cell of people in sub health group is obviously lower than the mean of the quantity of white blood cell of people in health group.It shows significantly difference between two groups.(2)After clinical studies of one year and a half,we find a significant difference between total effective rates,that is the treatment group(receiving Dangguibuxuetang) 77.5%,while the control group 37.5%. The Dangguibuxuetang has been proved to improve the clinical manifestations and the condition of white blood cell count.Conclusion:(1)The state of lower level of white blood cell's quantity frequently accompanies sub health.(2) Dangguibuxuetang could improve the clinical manifestations of sub health.
