Primary bronchogenic carcinoma of lung is one of the most malignant tumors in the world. Lung cancer is described in Traditional Chinese Medicine as "Fei-ji" , "Xi-ben" . From the middle of last century, the incidence and death rate of lung cancer are both increasing rapidly in the world. In recent 30 years, the incidence rate increased obviously in our country. The patients who are in the stage â…¢b and stage â…£ of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NCSLC), cannot be treated with surgery, though the treatment of Lung Cancer is combined with many subjects, there is no valid treatment on those patients. Many experiments proved that treating mid-advanced stage NCSLC with Traditional Chinese Medicine had some superiority in stabilizing tumor, improving symptom, prolonging survival period and improving the quality of the life of the patients. Based on it, I try to observe the clinical effect of therapeutic method of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney.[Objective] : To treat intermediate and late NSCLC with the therapeutic method of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney, then to observe the clinical effect .[Methods] : 40 patients of intermediate and late none-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are randomly divided into two groups. One group is treated with traditional Chinese medicine (group â… ), the other group is treated with chemistry medicine (groupâ…¡). Project for group I (n=20): use the Fu Zheng Xiao Ji Tang (FZXJT) as the chief prescription and with TCM decoction, one month as one course. Project for group II (n=20) : use the chemotherapy with the program of NP or VP, be treated with three courses(three weeks as one course). Then to observe and compare the symptom, physical strength, weight, and check the NKC, T-lymphocyte subcategory, the size of tumor and the toxic response of the treatment.[Results] :1. The size of tumor: the complete and partial remission rate (CR+PR) of Group â…  was lower than Group â…¡ (P<0. 05); at the stable rate (CR+PR+NC) ,...
