Children With Asthma Remission Mp, Ig, Il-4, Ifn And Lung Function And Tcm Syndrome Type Of Relationship

ObjectiveTo observe the variety of MP, Ig, IL-4, IFN and lung function on children patients in the different syndrome type of asthma remission phase, to research whether the relativity exsits between the different syndrome type of asthma remission phase and above index sign or not, Perhaps,we can provide the accurate index sign to divid syndrome type. Method88 cases in asthma remission phase were divided into two groups, A group was qi dificiency of both the lung and spleen(50 example), and B group was yang dificency of the spleen and kidney(38 example) ], according to the type standard, another establish the 28 examples as contro1(C group), they were all the health children. The level of MP- IgM, MP- IgG, IgA, IgG, IgE, IL-4, IFN-γ in blo-od and the leve of lung functions (PEF) were measured. The PEF ratio(PEF%) betwween the anticipateca 1 and actual value was calculated .Compared above index sign between the two asthma groups,and compared the two asthma groups with control group. ResultThe poisitive rate of MP-IgM, MP-IgG in A group were signific-antly higher than those in B group.The level of PEF in A group were significantly lower than those in B group. Both A and B group were significantly higher than C group on the poisitive rate of MP-IgM, MP-IgG ;and significantly lower than C group on the level of PEF. The level of IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE, IL-4, IFN-γ in blood were no significant difference between A and B group, compaired with C group , the level of IgA, IgG, IgM had no differencee with C group ,but the level of IgE, IL-4, IFN-γ had obviously difference with C group . ConclusionThere are different level of the poisitive rate of MP-Ig and PEF% in different syndromes. Perhaps the poisitive rate of MP-Ig and PEF% can sever as the object target to the syndrome differentiations.
