Ea Tianshu Different Acupoints On The Morphology And Microcirculation In Rats With Ulcerative Colitis Colonic Mucosa

Objective:Chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis (UC) is a kind of Inflammatory Bowel Discase(IBD) which breaks out repeatedly. As a new therapy for UC, acupuncture got a better effect.But still there's a problem which is no fixed prescription of acupoints for UC. In order to overcome the defects, we select three main points: Tianshu , Zhongwan and Shangjuxu which were used frequently in the documents to find the prescription of UC active-stage. Method:60 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups :the normal group, the model group, the "Tianshu" group, The "Tianshu Zhongwan" group, the "Tianshu Shangjuxu" group and the "Tianshu Zhongwan Shangjuxu" group. Animal models were made by acetic acid ,then elecacupuncture was given to the points respectively , another treatment was given per 24 hours ,this kinds of treatment exserted for three times altogether.After the model were made, the stoop properties, hair, mental situation, appetite ,anus were observed. 72 hours later, detected volume of NO in serum. Then exposed the colon to observe the amount of flowing blood , calculated the injury index of colon mucosa purveyed the tissue smear of colon mucosa and collected ultrastructure sample . Result:24 hours later after the model was made ,all the model mice appeared mucous stool ,even blood stool, in the model group this kinds of symptom lasted to the end of the experiment. Of all the group, the injury index of the model group was the highest ,thcn " Tianshu" group, "Tianshu zhongwan" group, "Tianshu shangjuxu " group and "Tianshu zhongwan Shangjuxu" group . Compared with the model group, the volume of NO in the serum of all the treatment groups was reduced obviously especially " Tianshu zhongwan shangjuxu" group. The result of the amount of flowing blood in colon mucosa pointed out that compared with the model group all the treatment group could enhance the flowing blood in colon mucosa ,in the "Tianshu Zhongwan Shangjuxu" group the flowing blood enhanced greatly, Histology and ultrastrcture also got the same results. Conclusion:From this experiment we could conclude that elecacupuncturing all the prescriptions of these three points could improve the symptom, release the injury of colon mucosa , promote the heal of ulcer .Among all the treatment groups, "Tianshu Zhongwan Shangjuxu " group own the best effect .The mechanism of the effect may like improving the flowing blood of colon mucosa, reducing the cell toxicity and protecting the colon mucosa.
