Trifoliate Park Soup To Promote Clinical Research, Gynecological Postoperative Recovery Of Gastrointestinal Function

Objective:Observe the effect of ZHIPU decoction to promote the restoration of gastrointestinal function after gynecological operation and apply radioimmunoassay to measure the content of plasma Motilin (MOT) and Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP) before and after the restoration of gastrointestinal function in order to probe into the functional mechanism of ZHIPU decoction to promote gastrointestinal motivity.Methods:45 patients with gynecological operation were randomly divided into three groups, each in 15 cases. Each group is treated differently besides receiving the regular treatment after operation. One group is Chinese medicine group, which receives treatment of ZHIPU decoction; another is neostigmine group, which receives ZuSanLi acupoint injection of neostigmine; the third is blank group without receiving any treatment to promote gastrointestinal peristalsis. Observe the time-needed by each group to restore gastrointestinal function and measure the content of MOT and VIP before and after the restoration of gastrointestinal function.Results:1 Time needed for gastrointestinal function restoration (the time of annus exhausted): Chinese medicine group needs(25.25#8.37)hours; neostigmine group needs (29.85 # 10.11) hours and blank group needs ( 35.03 # 11.48) hours. According to statistics analysis, there exists evident difference between Chinese medicine group and blank group (P<0.05), but no evident difference is found between neostigmine group and blank group (P>0.05).2 Content of MOT after gastrointestinal function restoration: all three groups have more plasma MOT than they have before the restoration. Obviously, Chinese medicine group has more MOT than that of the blank group. According to statistics analysis, there exists extremely evident difference between Chinese medicine group and blank group (P<0.01), but no evident difference is found between neostigmine group and blank group (P>0.05).3 VIP quantity after gastrointestinal function restoration: all three groups have smaller quantity of VIP than they have before the restoration. Obviously, Chinese medicine group has smaller quantity of VIP than that of the blank group. According to statistics analysis, there exists extremely evident difference between Chinese medicine group and blank group (P<0.01), but no evident difference is found between neostigmine group and blank group (P>0.05),Conclusions:1 ZHIPU decoction can bring patients' annus exhausted time forward after operation.2 ZHIPU decoction can promote MOT release.3 ZHIPU decoction can restrain VIP release.4 ZHIPU decoction can promote gastrointestinal function restoration.
