The Clinical Study Of Effect Of Fuyuan Decoction To Promote The Restoration Of Gastrointestinal Function After Gynecological Operation

Objective:Observe the effect of FUYUAN decoction to promote the restoration of gastrointestinal function after gynecological operation and observe the clinical symptom and common condition of the patient in order to probe into the functional mechanism of FUYUAN decoction to promote gastrointestinal motivity. Methods:45 patients with gynecological operation were randomly divided into three groups, each in 15 cases. Each group is treated differently besides receiving the regular treatment after operation. One group is Chinese medicine group, which receives treatment of FUYUAN decoction.Another is neostigmine.The third is blank group without receiving any treatment to promote gastrointestinal function and observe the first day and the third day after operation the clinical symptom and common condition of the patient, classification and grade. Results:Time needed for gastrointestinal function restoration: 1.time needed for intestinal voice restoration: Chinese medicine group needs (11.6± 1. 84)hours, neostigmine group needs (11.4±1.55)hours and bland group needs (16.67 ± 2.29)hours.2.the time of annus exhausted:Chinese medicine group needs (23.93 ± 1.53)hours, neostigmine group needs(24.27±1.91)hours and blank group needs (30.53 ± 2.87)hours.
