Rat Model Of Chronic Heart Failure And Cardiac Agent, Its Efficacy Observed

Chronic heart failure (CHF) ia a complex syndrom guoup with abdominal of both the hemodynmics of blood circulation and the RAAS system. In the cause of CHF, Both myocardium & -adrenoceptor and artrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP) drops down.In our study,we first produde CHF rats model with cardiac insufficienc by constricting the abdominal aorta to anhance the stress burden. The objectiove of our study is to value the curative effects of Qiangxinchognji, shengmaiyin liquid and captopril. we mesure the hemodynamic parameters including HR,LVET,SV,CO to value the rats' heart function. We also mesure the lever of ANP in blood and P -arenoreceptor receptor density (Bmax) in cardiac muscle to investigate the influence of Qiangxinchongji to CHF rats model compared with the other drugs.The conclusion can be made form our study that constricting the rats' abdomen aorta can make the rats cardiac insufficienc successfully in 3 weeks. Our study also indicats that Qiangxinchongji has the effect of increaseing Bmax and descreaseing the lever of blood ANP Campared with shengmaiyin liquid and captopril. We find that Qiangxinchongji can protect the heart muscle cells from remodeling,but the mechnism of that should be studied more in the future.
