| Along with the deepening reform of China health care system and the opening of its health care market, many kinds of medical institutes teem in recent years including foreign hospitals, Private owned hospitals and private practices. The competition in Chinese medical market becomes more and more serious. The public hospitals which have been being the monopoly in Chinese medical industry are now also facing much competitive force for the first time. Therefore, it is an important task for the current hospital to establish a set of performance management system adapting to modern hospital industry. The analyses help to improve hospital interior management and medical service quality, to satisfy people's ongoing medical needs, to stabilize the society and to better society service under current economic and political system.In this paper, we focus on the People's Hospital belonged to Inner Mongolia Medical College. The writer analyzes the hospital performance management system under the theory of modern performance management. We find out the defect of system, in order to propose appropriate solutions. Finally, the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard as a tool not only takes into account the social benefits, but also constructs a model that produce economic benefits of the performance management system. It can be able to help the long-term development of hospital, while improve the performance management system of hospitals which are in the same region. |
