The Clinical Study On Efficacy About Qu Feng Xiao Bi Tang Decoction In The Treatment Of Static Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qu Feng XiaoBiTang(QFXB)decoction in the treatment of static psoriasis Vulgaris.Methods We divided the 88cases into two group.58Cases in group A, treated by QFXB and Vaseline topically. 30 cases in group B, treated with Fu Fang Xiaoyinpian(XYP)and vaseline topically. Observe the change of erythema,scleroma,dry scaly skin bits before and after treatment.Results (1)In group A, the total clear effect rate was 98.28%. In group B, the total clear effect rate was 83.33%The significant difference was shown statistically between (2) Two groups in the symptomatic integral dropped more significantly after the treatment and there were significant Difference (p<0.01).(3)QFXBT was more different stastically than XYPin treating dry scaly skin bits(p<0.01).Conclusion QFXBT and XYP38are both effective in the treatment of static.At the same time, QFXBT is superior to FFQDJN in the clinical effically.
