Clinical Research Of Yi-shen Decoction To The Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency Of The Spleen And Kidney(dsk) Of Hspn

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yi-Shen decoction(QYSD) be usted to patients with Syndrome of Qi Deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney(DSK) of Henoch-schonlein purpura nephrit(HSPN),and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:60 patients with QDSK HSPN were divided randomly into two groups:treated group (30 cases)and western medicine control group (30 cases).On the base the treated group was treated with YSD,while control group was treated with prednisone.The course of treatment is four weeks, research two courses of treatment. Research patents'clinical syndromes and various indices observed and compared before and after treatment,to observe the curative effects. Results:(1)The totol curative effects in the treated group were significantly superior to those in control group(P<0.05).(2) the treated group could improve the patents'clinical syndromes,decrease the quatity of BLD,PRO of urine and immunoglobulin subjects.lt was better than control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:To concolude,YSD can effective against the patents'clinical syndromes, improve the subjects of laborary examination,increase the curative effect.
