| Objective: This topic is to study the curative effect of the Shishe decoction of children with urine,kidney deficiency and heat syndrome,to provide the basis and new ideas for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Methods: All the cases in this study were collected from the pediatric outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 64 patients were divided into two groups,including 32 patients in each group.The experimental group took Shishe decoction decoction,and the control group took oral nephritis rehabilitation tablets.A total of 8 weeks,namely two courses.After enrollment,the urine red blood cell count and occult blood were recorded in the patients before the start of treatment,on the fourth weekend and on the eighth weekend of treatment,and the TCM syndrome was compared,and finally the experimental conclusion was drawn.Results:1.Judging from the clinical efficacy analysis,83.9% of the clinical efficacy rate in the treatment group was higher than that of 60.0% in the control group,and the efficacy of the treatment group was significant(P <0.05).2.Analysis from the total efficacy of TCM syndrome,the total response rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was higher than the total response rate of63.3% in the control group,and the efficacy of the treatment group was significant(P<0.05).3.From the single efficacy analysis of TCM syndrome: compared with the two groups of main TCM syndrome: urinary hidden blood,and the secondary TCM syndrome: distribution of cutaneous purpura,lumbar spinal acid soft,hyperhidrosis,increased nocturia,the improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was more obvious(P <0.05).Conclusion:Shishe decoction is used for the treatment of purpura nephritis,urine,blood,kidney deficiency,blood stasis and heat syndrome,improving the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of children,and no serious adverse drug reactions,safe and reliable. |
