Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Proteinuria In Children With Henoch Schonlein Purpura Nephritis Of Spleen Deficiency And Wetness Hyperactivity Type By Shen Qi Five Ling Yin

Objective: To evaluate the clinical Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Proteinuria in Children with HSPN of Spleen Deficiency and Wetness Hyperactivity Type by Shen Qi Five Ling Yin.Methods: 60 children with HSPN were divided into treatment group and control group(n =30).The treatment group and the control group were dividely given Shen Qi Five Ling Yin and nephritis rehabilitation tablets in the treatment of 2 courses(8 weeks).After treatment,the changes of urinary protein(PRO),urinary Red blood cell(RBC),urinary microalbumin(m ALB),24 hour urine protein(UPRO)and TCM symptoms were observed.Results:1.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy: After the treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference has markedly significant(P<0.01).2.Comparison of the total effect of TCM : The total effect of TCM in the treatment group is obviously better than that in the control group when the difference was markedly significant(P<0.05)by comparing the treatment group to the control group after the treatment.3.Comparison of curative effect of single symptom of TCM:Both groups improve the symptoms significantly.The treatment group was better than the control group in purpura and diet,and the difference was markedly significant(P<0.01).The difference between the treatment group and the control group in fatigue,sallow Complexion,feces and urine were significant.4.PRO,m ALB and UPRO indicators improved: The difference of two groups was notstatistically significant in the treament of PRO,m ALB and UPRO index after 4 weeks(P﹥0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there has no significant similar between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference has markedly significant between the two groups before treatment,after treatment for 4 weeks and after treatment for 8 weeks(P<0.01).5.RBC indicators improved:The difference of two groups was statistically significant in the treament of RBC index after 4 weeks(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there has no significant similar between the two groups(P< 0.05).The difference has markedly significant between the two groups before treatment,after treatment for 4 weeks and after treatment for 8weeks(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Shen Qi Five Ling Yin can obviously improve TCM symptoms in Children with Henoch Schonlein Purpura Nephritis(HSPN)of Spleen Deficiency and Wetness Hyperactivity Typ.2.Shen Qi Five Ling Yin can obviously improve Pro,m ALB and UPRO indicatorsin in Children with Henoch Schonlein Purpura Nephritis(HSPN)of Spleen Deficiency and Wetness Hyperactivity Typ.The Long term efficacy of Shen Qi Five Ling Yin was significant.3.The side effects and serious adverse reactions were not found during the treatment so that the treatment of Shen Qi Five Ling Yin was safe.
