| Jiawei Dangguibuxue Tang Has an Impact on the Expression of Renal Tissue in Rats of Hyperlipidemia CTGF Protein and mRNAObjective:From the Jiawei Dangguibuxue Tang in hyperlipidemic rats with renal connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) protein and mRNA expression, explore its mechanism of action of anti-renal injury. Methods:With the Modified Dangguibuxue Tang pairs of high-fat diet for renal injury model of intervention, rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, impastation group, flavored Dangguibuxue Tang low, middle and high-dose treatment group. The treatment groups after 12 weeks were administered continuously, using semi-quantitative immunohistochemical detection of CTGF protein expression, fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) detection of the expression level of CTGF mRNA. From the various groups of CTGF protein and mRNA expression levels explore hyperlipidemia-induced renal damage and Jiawei Dangguibuxue Tang its mechanism of action. Results:Immunohistochemistry results showed that the model group CTGF protein expression in renal tissue were significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.01), the treated rats the expression of CTGF protein in varying degrees of reduced, especially to Jiawei Dangguibuxue Tang high-dose group of the most obvious. Followed by the positive control group, the dose of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine low dose group. Fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) tests showed that the model group kidney CTGF mRNA expression was significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.01), the treated rats CTGF mRNA expression of varying degrees of reduced, especially to Jiawei Dangguibuxue Tang high-dose group of the most obvious. Followed by the positive control group, the middle-dose group, the low-ose group. Conclusions:Jiawei Dangguibuxue Tang on Hyperlipidemia prevention and treatment of renal injury in rats may be related to reduced CTGF protein and mRNA expression. |
