HACCP system was recognized to insure food safety sanitary most effective manage means by the world. HACCP information system is an assist instrument that helps food enterprises to establish and implement HACCP system. It's main function is to make the information, including data, document materials and records produced during implement HACCP be managed in an document form. The system enables reduced efforts and improved efficiency, moreover it can produce reports of records automatically and manage records effectively. It facilitates inquiry and reading spontaneously, at the same time it provides information ,which can assist senior managers to make decisions.In the first part of my thesis, I introduce the fundamentals of HACCP system and it's implemention steps. I analyse the status about that system's application in food field and several problems about document management during the implemention process , furthermore I advance to develop HACCP information system. In the second part ,1 states the purpose of the system and analyse ,design the system ,realize some function on the system.
