Mining has great destructive power on the ecological environment, as it not only destructs, occupants land, results in surface subsidence, soil erosion, desertification, but also causes water resources and air damage and pollution at the same time.In order to manage data of mining area, evaluate ecological environment in mining areas scientifically, understand eco-environmental problems of mining areas, and serve mine development decision-making, this paper designs a target system consisting of air, water, vegetation and other factors and its grading standards. And using the weighted composite index method as evaluation model, using ArcEngine established an ecological environment comprehensive evaluation system for mining areas.Collecting the data of Fuxin mining area, stored the data in Oracle database in the way of hierarchical organization, using the system conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Fuxin Mining. The results showed that the level of the overall ecological environment at the mine in Fuxin is 3, which means the pollution is not very serious, and it won't harm most people's health and general plant. However, this level is minor danger level, to improve the ecological environment needs everyone's efforts. |
