Enterprise staff's quality and morale are influencing the rise and deadline of the enterprise directly. If you are thinking of making the staffs try their best to work for our enterprises and then create more values, you have to manage not only according to the hardness restrains which contains rules and regulations, but also think of the personalization factors. So, we lead the flexible thought of management into our article, make it much better union with those traditional motivational theories, set off from employee's need, and then make the motivational play a real role.The article set off from the traditional stimulate theories, in the way of investigating with the questionnaires, study the current situation and the main problems exit in the stimulating aspect. Set off from the human need, discuss the concept,the difficult points of practice,carry out and resolve ways of flexible stimulation.At present, stimulate all of the staffs with the same way, the point of money can stimulate all the people, and use the only way to stimulate are the miss area of enterprises which stimulate talented people. The main reason why these problems exit is that the stimulating mechanism of some enterprises is lack of flexible.The article emphasize setting off from staff's need when stimulate, and use mentality contract as breach. The model of mentality contract which realize the active effect of stimulation compose the stimulation of mental aspect. Union overall salary payment and other flexible motivational mechanism except from matter stimulate, try to content staff's real need. Organization environment, controlling the unfair matters and link up are the breach in practice of flexible motivational mechanism. In aspect of organization, build the fine organization environment, make sure the flexible stimulation can useful applying to enterprises. Besides, the article emphasizes control on unfair incident, also from result fair, procedure fair and organization fair, the fair problems described. Link up,as the majority of the routine of flexible encouragement,should be paid more attention to in technique. It's the key content of the flexible motivational mechanism and has been described, too.
