China shipbuilding industry had been highly increased in the recent years, for the three most important index the total amount of ship completion, new orders and total amount of hand held orders, China has surpassed Japan and South Korea to become the biggest shipbuilding country in the world, however, after the world financial crisis of 2008, the international trade volume dropped, the shipping market downturn, the demand reduction, new shipbuilding orders gross margin fell, on the other hand, China’s marine engineering wayward promotion, companies have invested in the field, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce, leading to the high profits of the market segments of the industry, the market fell into a slump after the oil price slump.Shipbuilding enterprises are difficult to ensure the survival and development through a simple business transformation, due to the fierce competition in the external industry, overcapacity, no high profits, shipbuilding enterprises can only from the internal potential to improve production efficiency and economical benefit.The object of this article is GuangDong K-Link Ship Building Co., LTD(short for“K-Link”) which was private shipyard original a large assembly blocks for the production of other enterprises and the labor costs accounted for more than 60% of the total cost. then the K-Link had transformed to the business including the construction and repair of ships, yachts and other large steel structures, and the bridge and other large steel structure products, the labor cost had been decreased. However, the labor costs is still accounted for more than 30% of the total cost according to the 2015 financial statements. The K-Link company was able to buck the trend development, mainly due to the company applied the working incentive mode, to help the company to effectively control the cost of labor. K-Link company use the contract incentive mode which is different from the general use of the shipbuilding industry, which mainly uses the working hours payment mode, however, too simple contract incentive model is easy to cause increased employee sabotage and company cost. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize and improve the contract incentive in order to achieve the purpose of sufficient incentive and restraint employee.This article is aiming at the K-Link incentive mode of application environment analysis which was K-Link company and team development situation, shipbuilding production characteristics and team characteristics, With review of the related theory and diagnosis scheme and finally give the optimal contract incentive model. Finally, the feasibility and effect of theoptimization scheme are evaluated. Through research of K-Link contract incentive model,promote enterprises to improve production efficiency, help more ship enterprises to improve management level, ease the employment pressure, improve the production efficiency.
