Study On Flexible Quantity Contract Based On Production Flexibility

With modern science and technology development, technology upgrading of the rhythm accelerated product life cycles are becoming shorter. In this context, each node in the supply chain companies need to be more rapid updates of various technologies and market demand changes in response. In the node of enterprises, production and supply chain links is a constraint reaction efficiency of the important part. Because a production preparation, production to delivery are relatively more rigid time cannot be shortened. Therefore, in the supply chain coordination of the study, due consideration of the factors of production companies is necessary and meaningful.In this study, the factors of production in the production start-up time to the final delivery of completed orders, order lead time, the production process of production using a phased approach to the introduction of the two factors of production the number of flexible contract models.
