The 21st century is a knowledge-based economy age. The human resource is the strategic resource of modern enterprises, and it is the most key factor of the enterprises'development as well. The motivation is the important content of human resources, and that improves the staff's working motives. But there is still have problem in incentive mechanism in enterprises because of the limitation of the economic development level of our country and people's ideas. As a result, how to use good motivational mechanism becomes a very important problem that enterprises are facing.In addition to market competition and other external factors, internal factors, especially the talent shortage as a constraint to its further development are the major reasons in Hunan Postal. Effective incentive mechanism is the critical point that how to improve Human Resources' quality in an enterprise. At present, the company incentives mechanism to attract talent, improve employee motivation, initiative and creativity are unitary. This article analyzed the current problems of incentives mechanism of Hunan Postal, and redesigns the incentives mechanism based on the motivation theories as a reference to other Postal.This paper investigated the incentive status of Hunan postal employees, and analyzed the existing incentive mechanism proposed problems. It addressed and re-design the above issues in Hunan Province Post staff incentives from the company's performance appraisal system, pay incentive system, employee training system, career incentive system, objectives and honor incentive system, the equity incentive system six aspects. In order to ensure the effective incentive mechanism, we take effective steps from create a good corporate culture, adhere to the people-oriented management philosophy, implementation of incentive mechanisms for the protection and monitoring mechanisms to enhance information communication and feedback.
