Nowadays,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The benefit maximization as the ultimate goal of enterprise,more and more enterprises begin to be aware of the necessity of purchasing strategy implementation.Strengthen the management of purchasing work,pay attention to enterprise cost control,optimizing the supplier management is an important part of the value chain of enterprise supply chain.As a subsidiary company in China,so does S company.It is vital for S company to find a suitable way of optimizing the purchase management to solve the current purchase problems and to make purchase to be important one of value-added chains of S company.There is no doubt that a good purchase management system helps S company become more and more competitive than any other competitors in global market.This paper started from the introduction of the theory of traditional purchase management,contemporary purchase management and the trend of purchase management development.And then made an analysis for the current status and main problems of purchase management in S company.Discuss the ways to improve purchasing strategy,and propose ideas for solving actual problems of S company.Low effiency of purchasing department,cost control,supplier management are three main problems of S company.Put forward procurement strategy to improve the solution of procurement in views of classification of purchasing purchasing,cost control,supplier management in the fourth chapter,which makes fast response to the requirements of the supply chain strategy purchasing strategy and and improves competitiveness of S company products.S company is faced with the problems which many companies are facing or will face.Through the study of this article,will produce some experience for Multinational companies and local companies.
