Material/services purchase cost accounts for the largest proportion among the operating costs,purchase cost management is great importance to enterprises.This article take the foreign-owned A company as an example,As the leader of high-performance liquid cooling industry in the world,A company is also facing more and more competitors.the purchasing cost amount account for about 60%of the finish product.Which direct deeply influence the sales price and market competitiveness,Therefore,this paper focus on how to strengthen the purchase cost control,improving purchase manage skill,and establishing strategies for cost control.This article introduce the development of purchasing management;analyze the main problems existing in the current purchasing situation in Company A.including the problem of organization,purchase mode,supplier management,OEM corporation,purchase strategic,material quality and inventory management,then puts forward various methods for improvement.Stand on the total cost of ownership,to make detailed price and cost analysis,optimize the value of products,manage the quality,inventory and delivery,and improve the OEM corporation mode.From the perspective of supply chain management,put forward corresponding solutions to the implementation of purchasing mode,purchasing strategy,supplier management and organizational structure,and ensure the improvements and advantages be effectively implemented.The conclusion of this research has theoretical significance and practical reference value for small and medium-sized foreign-funded enterprises.
