The Ecosystem Service Valuation In Ganjiangyuan Nature Reserve And Ecological Compensation Research

Ecosystem service is the condition and processes through which naturalecosystem, and the species that make them up, sustain and fulfill human life. Forestecosystem services value assessment been regarded as one of the researching hotspots in the fields of ecological economics and environmental economics.Based on literature review of the origin value assessment, development andtrends of ecosystem service research, on the basis of on-the-spot investigation,department information collection, Ganjiangyuan was selected as a study case in thepaper. The value of the ecosystem services of different vegetation, which included theprimary productivity, soil and fertilization conservation, water conservation, fixingCO2,releasing O2and cleaning the environment of vegetation ecosystem, tourism andfarm product values were analyzed by the market valuation and shadow engineering,substitute expense. At the same time, combining the Ganjiangyuan forest resourcestatus and the existing ecological policy, and funding from ecological compensationway put forward the corresponding ecological compensation strategy.Several conclusions are achieved:(1) This paper evaluates the value of ecosystem services in Ganjiangyuan NatureReserve, totaling948.58million Yuan, indirectly ecological value accounting for99.15%. It shows that Ganjiangyuan Nature Reserve ecological value greater than thesocial and economic value.(2) This paper evaluated the primary productivity, soil and fertilizationconservation, water conservation, fixing CO2, releasing O2, and cleaning theenvironment and biodiversity protection function of vegetation ecosystem,respectively49,119,99,362,53,362million Yuan. Quantification comparisonillustrates Ganjiangyuan vegetation importance in forest ecosystem carbonsequestration oxygen, maintaining biodiversity, maintaining the soil, if can bereasonable development and utilization, will bring huge ecological wealth formankind(3) Reserves of broad-leaved forest, coniferous forest, bamboo forest ecologicalvalue contribution rate is larger, at the same time, the ecological value per unit area after comparison, found that the broad-leaved forest, bamboo forest, mixed forestvalue is higher, therefore, to protect the broad-leaved forest and bamboo forest in thearea is high value area of ecological value.(4) Based on the reserves estimation result of ecological value, compare reserveforest compensation, provide the cost of river basin ecosystem services, thedevelopment opportunity loss cost to determine the reserve ecological compensationstandard is about160million Yuan every year, we can put forward according to theway of financial compensation, ecological migration, to levy ecological compensationof taxes and fees and government fiscal transfer payments as the main source of fundsof compensation strategy.
