Wetland is the natural resource and the survival environment for existence and development of mankind, also the ecological system with highest ecosystem service value. Under the premise of protecting the wetland ecosystem, to maximize economic value and social value of wetlands and to resolve the problem of external economic and social development on wetland ecosystems has become a common problem facing wetland reserve. In this context, this article chooses "Tianjin Ancient Coast and Wetlands National Nature Reserve" as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of wetland ecological compensation, combining wetland nature reserve, and social, economic development demand and land use requirements of the surrounding area. Combined with the 3s technology, cooperate with field reconnaissance and survey, conducted wetland ecological compensation standard analysis from space and global perspective, give full consideration to ecological service function value of different land use types, this paper established ecological compensation standard and guide price on the basis of land use types and spatial differences of ecological service function.(1) This paper applied a mathematical model to measure ecological service functional value of different land use types, the value of wetland ranked first, and is 64 times that of the cultivated land, is 6 times that of the river/pits. Smaller scale of grassland and forest protected areas make it difficult to play prominent ecosystem service function, its service function value is low; Using ARCGIS spatial analysis technology, to differentiate space level, we got space layout for 10 indexes of ecological service function value, and carries on the spatial overlay, finally get high HH, relatively high H, medium M, low L, relatively low LL, special T" six kind of comprehensive ecological service function value space layout.(2) By measuring ecological compensation conversion factor, complete conversion form ecological service function value to compensate value, combing spatial clustering analysis, employing four types of space layout (high HH, relatively high H, medium M, Low L) for division of space level. The results indicate that from the HH to LL-level, the ecological compensation guide price is 7734.04 yuan/mu, 4325.96 yuan/mu,519.94 yuan/mu,58.07 yuan/mu, respectively. Further, this study defined the access threshold of compensation and determined the rational development and spatial order of "Tianjin Ancient Coast and Wetlands National Nature Reserve".(3) On the basis of ecological space compensation division of space level, this study further provides accounting guidance for different land use types.The results suggest that the higher the level, the higher the compensation threshold, the greater the cost of land occupation. The final price guidance of ecological compensation can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the smooth implementation of the wetland ecological compensation nature reserve and the sustainable development and conservation of wetland nature reserve.
