With the development of China's economy and the continuous expansion of city, the emergencies and the unexpected events, such as fire, traffic accidents, natural disasters, are continually increasing. City Emergency sharing platform, is the Police 110, Fire 119,120 medical emergencies, traffic police and other alarm receiving unit 122, scheduling systems, flood control, forest fire, earthquake, air and water, electricity, gas and other public utilities, emergency assistance into a unified command scheduling system, sharing resources, cross-sectored, inter-district and the different kinds of police co-ordination between the unified command, and convenient to the public emergency services. Practice shows that, through the Emergency Response System, the city police assistance call handling capacity increased 6 times, the system command to expand the coverage area of more than 100 times.The subsystem of Emergency Response Alarm and Command is shared platform front-end, and other subsystems are closely linked, is a concrete realization of user business needs.
