With technological development and social progress,the relationship between energy and human life,the production of more and more closely,the impact of unexpected events on the social power is increasing.Quickly and effectively to emergencies,as much as possible to avoid and reduce the impact and damage caused by unexpected events,not only the government and the people on the grid business requirements,but also the power grid enterprises to ensure the healthy development of their own internal demand.Emergency response capacity of power grid enterprises assisted assessment system facilitated the grid enterprise level to prevent and handle unexpected emergencies in the promotion,establishment and improvement of risk control,normal and emergency management "trinity" emergency mode,emergency resources to achieve the scientific configuration and effective used.This thesis mainly introduces a J2EE platform based on emergency response capacity of power grid enterprises assisted assessment system design and development process.The system is adopted with B/S three-tier architecture,using Dreamweaver CS5 development tools,Oracle database,and Java language development.It including basic data maintenance,evaluation standard maintenance,information management,business valuation,assessment reports and management functions.Operation showed that the system meets the actual needs of the power grid enterprises,evaluation system and evaluation methods through the establishment of a scientific and effective emergency response capacity,it found that emergency management and emergency response capacity building process strengths and weaknesses,suggestions for improvement and construction direction,and ultimately will evaluate and construction combine.Basically reached the "assessment and reform,to change to promote the construction,evaluation and construction combined,focusing on integrated resource optimization," the project objectives.The thesis first introduces the project background,system development purposes and subjects,and sets out the thesis structural arrangements.Then,the thesis introduces the analysis part of the system which includes the specific function of the system and the system development environment.Next is the design part that describes the overall design of the system,the detail design of the system,and the database design of the system which includes the design of the E-R diagram and database tables.Moreover,implement part introduces details of every module's implement and key technologies.And testing part gives a detailed introduction of the system interface testing,stress testing and installation testing,then makes a test conclusion.Finally,conclusions of the work in this thesis and outlooks of the next work are given.
