Knowledge Construction And Team Study: A Research Based On Wiki Community

This research tends to describe what a Wiki community is, and how to construct knowledge and team study effectively based on Wiki community. Methods such as literature review, case analysis, and action research are used in my research. I systematically analyze the basic elements of a Wiki community from the perspective of visual community; I put forward theories based on knowledge construction of Wiki community and team study from the perspective of social constructivism and disputing cognitive theory; Action research are used to solve problems in the process of knowledge construction and team study, the director's position and his role, and strategies of getting rid of"Lurker". At the end of the thesis, I put forward a model and applied strategies based on the knowledge construction of Wiki community and team study, as well as suggestions for future researcher.One of the research findings is that program drive plays a key role in team study of Wiki community, which penetrates the beginning and ending of my research. Director is asked to exert a leading role in managing Wiki community in program research. Director is expected to fulfill his task positively in the field of technology back-up, learning design, management, assistant learning, and social communication. Under the guide of knowledge construction of Wiki community and team study, one has to employ the next four strategies seriously: effective organization knowledge, more participants, well-cooperated community, and new knowledge construction. A good Wiki community is a learning union, in which both individuals and groups can benefit from knowledge construction.
