Under the impetus of network technology,the hitherto unknown rapid changes in market environment and library information dissemination model.With the continuous innovation of technology,the form of media has gradually developed towards pluralism and integration.This trend for publishing enterprises,can be described as both opportunities and challenges.The contents of communication based on the Internet has many forms,low cost,cross regional characteristics,the core value of publications as carrier formed no small threat.Therefore,The publishing house needs to seek new ways to optimize every process in the publishing work,to Improving the efficiency of publishing and shortening the cycle of book production,enhance the book the quality of the product and the market pertinence,and strive to build brand image,enhance their market competitiveness.The development of these work needs a corresponding platform as a support,and the virtual community is a platform like this.This paper provides a lot of methods and ideas for publishing houses to build virtual communities and create new values by using virtual communities.Combined with related cases,this paper discusses the role of virtual communities in all aspects of publishing.Mention the logic of the line,this article is based on the logic of finding problems,raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,the concept of virtual community has been defined,and the virtual community is interpreted from the perspective of communication,marketing,sociology and so on.Then combining with the background,clarifies the necessity of the construction of virtual community press.After that,taking readers and publishers as the core,combined with the publishing practice and the network characteristics of the virtual community,the corresponding functional design of the virtual community is carried out.Finally,some suggestions for development are given.In order to provide a reference method for the publishing house,the publishing work can be used to adapt to the development of the times and develop better and more efficiently.
