The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that “building an ecological civilization is a long-term plan that affects the well-being of the people and is related to the future of the nation.” Promoting the construction of ecological civilization is a comprehensive and systematic grand reform.If the ecology prospers,the civilization prospers;if the ecology decays,the civilization decays,the ecology has penetrated into all aspects of social life.As the main front for knowledge dissemination and exchange,online communities need an ecological environment and service platform to realize the processing and organize of knowledge.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to "strengthen the construction of Internet content,establish a comprehensive network governance system,and create a clear network space." With the gradual deepening of the embedding of the five forces of the scene in the community,the knowledge community has evolved from traffic to king to scene to king.Scenes have become a new breakthrough in the study of virtual knowledge communities.The strategic and practical value of scenes begins to highlight in the knowledge community.It can be seen that the deep integration of knowledge ecology and scene services is particularly important for the development of knowledge communities and maintaining a harmonious network environment.Based on the theory of knowledge ecology,combined with the knowledge map theory and the five forces theory of the scene,the author try to reveal the connotation of the knowledge ecology in the virtual knowledge community,the constituent elements of the knowledge ecology,and the relationship between different elements,attempting to apply coding analysis to the influencing factors of the sceneization of virtualknowledge community based on the grounded theory,and use Dematel method to identify the key influencing factors affecting the sceneization of virtual knowledge community,through the theory of user portraits,a virtual knowledge community resource aggregation model is constructed to realize virtualized knowledge community scene-based service recommendation.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Constructing the knowledge ecological model of virtual knowledge communityFrom the perspective of the knowledge ecology,the connotation and characteristics of the knowledge ecology of the virtual knowledge community are revealed.Based on the knowledge ecology theory,the three constituent elements of the knowledge subject,knowledge resources and scenes are discussed in detail.The objective and stable interaction relationship and the nature of operation are systematically described,and a knowledge ecological model of virtual knowledge community is finally proposed with the viewpoint of ecology(2)Analysis of the relationship between the elements of the virtual knowledge communityApply social network analysis methods to analyze the main characteristics and hierarchical structure of knowledge subjects and knowledge resources.At the same time,the author systematically explain the propagation path and network structure of knowledge subjects and knowledge resources in the virtual knowledge community,and use Python programming to obtain data,apply Gephi and Vosviewer software to visualize the relationship between knowledge subjects and knowledge resources.(3)Construction of multidimensional map of virtual knowledge communityWith reference to methods such as social network analysis andknowledge mapping,the ontology attributes and ontology relationships of different elements in the virtual knowledge community are defined,and the relationships between the elements are extracted and represented.Applying network programming and based on the Neo4 j database to build the multi-dimensional maps of Knowledge Subject-Knowledge Resources—Scenarios and realize Visualize of knowledge maps through Python programming(4)Acquiring influencing factors of scene-based acquisition of virtual knowledge community based on grounded theoryApplying research methods such as grounding theory,questionnaire surveys,and in-depth interviews to analyze the influencing factors of the virtual knowledge community's sceneization.Based on Nvivo,to obtain the tree node encoding,open encoding,main axis encoding,and core node encoding of the influencing factors of the virtual knowledge community's sceneization.The author put forwards that in the construction of the community,it is proposed that the knowledge service environment,the quality of knowledge resources,the preference of knowledge needs,and the perceived value of users will play a vital role in the construction of the community platform and determine the future development direction of the virtual knowledge community.(5)Identification of key influencing factors for sceneization of virtual knowledge community by applying Dematel methodThe Dematel method was used to mine the key influencing factors of the scene of the virtual knowledge community.Based on the literature review method and the expert survey method,expert scores were made on the influencing factors,and the relationship matrix between different influencing factors was established.(Using Semantic transformation table to transform the the original evaluation into triangular fuzzy numbers),and use the CFCS method to defuzzify the obtained triangularfuzzy matrix,and finally get the standardized direct influence matrix between influencing factors and normalize the Scenario-based that matrix in virtual knowledge community using MATLAB tools,to obtain a comprehensive impact matrix between various influencing factors of the virtual knowledge community scene,calculate the influence degree,influence degree,centrality and cause degree of each factor,and propose that in the process of virtual knowledge community Scenario-based,we must pay attention to countermeasures such as building a knowledge service environment,improving the quality of knowledge resources in the community,and strengthening communication and interaction between users,so as to improve their service quality.(6)Applying user portraits and vector space models to implement virtualized knowledge community scene-based service recommendationBased on the user portrait method,a user portrait model of the knowledge acceptance preferences of the virtual knowledge community is constructed.By capturing and acquiring the characteristics of different user needs,the method of creating scenario situational experiment to combine the user 's knowledge demand preferences with the knowledge attention methods,and vector of knowledge acquisition habits and use MATLAB programming to realize the user's scene identification and service recommendation based on the collaborative filtering algorithm.The writing logic and data experiments of this thesis are deeply combined with the theoretical content and empirical research of the knowledge ecology and scene-based services of the virtual knowledge community.It is hoped that the research can provide a method and concept for the construction of a beautiful,pure and sunny cyberspace,with the means of Internet technology and Service informatization to promote the continuous improvement of the construction and management of online communities.
