| The Association of the Computer Simulation has a great impact on others in this field as a national organization. However, in recent years, with the faster speed of knowledge refreshment and increase, the inefficient knowledge management in Association could not meet the increase need of knowledge share between its members, which has greatly limited the improvement. Wiki, a new technology, bring the hope for the effective professional knowledge management, especially in virtual organizations. As the obvious virtual characteristics of Association, research has been done in the knowledge sharing system of Association based on Wiki, based on the theory of virtual organization.At first, the theory of knowledge share, definition of virtual organization and Wiki are introduced. By comparing characteristics of Wiki with other knowledge sharing technologies in virtual organization, Wiki is proved to be one of the best technologies to support knowledge share in virtual organization.Secondly, the Association of Computer Simulation is analyzed to be a virtual organization. Knowledge sharing problems and demands in Association are summarized, by analyzing present knowledge sharing platforms and knowledge base in it. Thirdly, knowledge sharing system of Association is implemented after system demand analysis and system design, which has used Wiki technology. Then, based on analysis of knowledge management methods and management model in virtual organization, effective management measures are brought forward, which include four aspects. During this phrase, dynamic inspiring model of knowledge share in virtual organization is summarized through inspiring gene, level, form and method. Based on the research above, integral and purview methods are given after summarizing genes in Association members.Finally, importance of effective management measures in system is proved again through user research in two months.
