Since the 80's of the 20~th century , the development and application of digital technology have profoundly influenced many aspects of contemporary society. Communicators and audiences of TV that is simulated are changing too. This also attracts the attention of the press and academic circles.The essay puts the technology, communicators and audiences in a frame which of the communication's process, sets out from the analysis of the technology's influence on communicators and audiences, adopts both of comparison and logical reasoning approaches and a great deal of data and instances of facts. In the essay, I have analyzed the new characteristics and the changing relation between communicators and audiences within the digitizing trend of TV, and have discuss the strategies of communicators and audiences respectively which face the new circumstances.The essay includes the following 4 parts.The first part analyzes the new characteristics of communicators within the digitizing trend of TV, which are high efficiency, blending and serviceability, and interprets the manifestation and form-reason of every new characteristics relating with digital technology.The second part focuses on the new characteristics of audiences within the digitizing trend of TV compared with the latter. They are subjective activity, individuation and transparency.The third part interprets the relation of communicators and audiences within the digitizing trend of TV on the basis of two parts forehead. And we find that the relation is changing. The interaction of communicators and audiences becomes stronger, and the subject transits fromcommunicators to audiences.Finally I discuss the strategies of communicators and audiences respectively which face the new circumstances.The goal of this essay is to provide communicators and audiences with some references of reality and theory within the digitizing trend of TV.
