ICU Patients In The CRRT During The Anti-infective Treatment Of Drug Monitoring

Objective To summarize pharmaceutical care of some antibacterial drug to critically ill patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT). Methods Search domestic and foreign literature about pharmaceutical care to critically ill patients undergoing CRRT, in particular about antibacterial drug literature, combined with actual ICU medical records and summarized information. Results The literature showed that pharmacokinetic parameters of antibiotics which were metabolized by the kidney will be changed in patients undergoing CRRT. The dosages and frequency should be adjusted in time for the safety of patients. Conclusion Dosages of most of antibiotics should be adjusted and pharmaceutical care was needed if antibiotics were used in critically ill patients in CRRT.
