Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure With Renal Decoction

Objective:This study monitors the changes in symptoms and laboratory parameters detection before and after enema and to observe the renal failure enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure in compensatory stage and failure stage of patients with clinical curative effect, evaluation of TCM syndromes and laboratory markers of efficacy. And observe the effective time of using the renal failure enema.Method:By using a prospective open research to Choose 65 cases of patients with blood stasis and turbid bane in Wangjing Hospital from 2014.4 to 2015.12, and also be explicitly diagnosed of chronic renal failure to renal failure.Use renal failure enema on the basis of Western medicine treatment, to observe the changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, and the changes of laboratory indexes. To observe the clinical efficacy of renal failure enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure, and make statistical analysis. The research period is 14 days.Results:1. In total 60 cases the total effective rate was 70%.In stage of compensatory the total effective rate was 73.33%, in stage of decompensation the total effective rate was 74.29% and in stage of failure the total effective rate was50%.In 60 patients, there were 9 patients with stage improvement, the occurrence rate was 15%.In 15 cases,3 cases were converted to normal renal function by compensatory period. In 35 cases of patients in decompensation stage,4 cases were changed into compensatory phase.2 cases of 10 cases of failure patients in transition from failure to decompensation.2. Symptoms improved mainly by digestive tract and systemic symptoms.The symptoms like fatigue, weak waist, shortness of breath, heavy body trapped, anorexia, vomiting, edema of lower limbs, dark complexion, dry stools and scaly dry skin.All the p values were less than 0.05which was statistical difference. Total effective rate of symptomatic improvement after enemas show that all the total effective rate was 80%. In stage of compensatory the total effective rate was 86.67%, in stage of decompensation the total effective rate was 82.86% and in stage of failure the total effective rate was 60.00%.3、The renal failure enema treatment of chronic renal failure to improve the glomerular filtration rate effect is obvious (P<0.01), total effective rate 45%; Decrease Scr (P<0.05), total effective rate 38.33%; Blood uric acid compliance rate before enema was 51.67%, after enema was 65.00%, increase the number of standards, and the blood uric acid is lower than before, it is statistically different (P< 0.05). Na and P are obvious in improving electrolyte disorder (P<0.01), K (P<0.05). Reduction of urea nitrogen to reduce anemia is less useful(P> 0.05). In different stages, using the renal failure enema in stage of decompensation is more useful to improve the glomerular filtration rate, reduce kidney toxin, reduce anemia and improve electrolyte disorder. For different primary diseases, the improvement effect of hypertensive nephropathy was not obvious, and there was no significant difference in the glomerular filtration rate and serum creatinine between the primary disease(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The total effective rate of renal failure enema in the treatment of compensatory stage to failure stage was 70%.Not only can improve gastrointestinal symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure, the systemic symptoms are also better; and improve glomerular filtration rate obviously; decrease Scr, BUN; correct electrolyte imbalan; delay the progression of renal function effectivly. Use the renal failure enema timely in stage of decompensation can get the best results, for different primary causes of disease can be also treated with renal failure enema.
