Objective:by setting up the control group,observe Chinese medicine retention enema on the improvement of their clinical symptoms in patients with chronic renal failure,curative effect index and safety index,assessment reduced nitrogen detoxification party Chinese medicine retention enema with western medicine the treatment effect and its safety.Methods:The 60 patients with chronic renal failure who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 patients in each group,and the treatment time of the two groups was 4 weeks.The experimental group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of western medicine,while the control group was treated with western medicine.To observe different groups of patients in clinical symptoms(such as nausea,anorexia,constipation,fatigue,etc.),curative effect index(creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the blood,endogenous creatinine clearance and glomerular filtration rate and TCM symptom integral)and security index(ALT,AST levels in the blood and WBC)of dynamic change,and make curative effect evaluation.Results:Compared with the control group and the experimental group,the overall efficacy of the experimental group(total effective 90%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(total effective 50%).Comparison between the control group and the experimental group,the total efficacy of TCM syndrome(total effective 90%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(total effective 53.33%).According to the curative effect of standard,the control group and experimental group after treatment in clinical symptoms such as fatigue,anorexia,nausea and constipation were improved,experimental group curative effect significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The two groups were significantly better than before in creatinine,urea nitrogen,endogenous creatinine clearance and glomerular filtration rate.Comparing between the two groups,the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison between the control group and the experimental group was not obvious(P>0.05).Both the experimental group and the control group were safe and reliable.Conclusion:Using reduced nitrogen detoxification party Chinese medicine retention enema with western medicine foundation treatment can obviously improve clinical symptoms in patients with chronic renal failure and improve renal function,delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
