Clinical Observation Of Renal Failure Enema Prescription For Treating The Dampness Toxicity Syndrome Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of renal failure enema prescription on patients with chronic renal failure syndrome of wet toxicity.Methods:A total of 60 patients with wet toxicity syndrome of chronic renal failure who were hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January2020 to March 2021 and met the discharge criteria were selected for this study.The 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the treatment group were treated with renal failure enema on the basis of western medicine.Each group took two weeks as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was observed after one course of treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the treatment group was 100%,and the effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the control group was 53.3%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).In terms of laboratory indicators,after treatment,the serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance rates in the treatment group were improved(P < 0.05),while there was no significant change in the control group(P > 0.05).Urea nitrogen in both treatment group and control group was decreased(P < 0.05).There were no significant changes in serum uric acid and serum calcium in treatment group and control group(P > 0.05).There were no significant changes in serum potassium and phosphorus in the treatment group(P > 0.05),while those in the control group were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,serum uric acid,serum potassium,serum phosphorus and serum calcium between two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:Renal failure prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure patients with dampness-toxic syndrome,such as fatigue,lack of food and tolerance,waist and knee acid and soft,can reduce the blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and increase the endogenous creatinine clearance rate,improve the quality of life of patients.
