Research In The Core Competitiveness Cultivation Of The Mid & Small-scale Software Enterprise

After China joined the WTO, the resources installation inside global scope makes it impossible for all competitors to evade the ruthless competition. The smaller scale and the weaker anti- risk ability cause the resources bottleneck, especially the human resource bottleneck, however, traditional competition theories have certain limit when they ere used to resolve the competition problem of mid & small-scaled software enterprises. Therefore, to survive in vigorous competition environment, cultivating the core competitiveness of mid & small-scale software enterprises has already become an urgent and important research topic.Proposition of the core competitiveness concept is the Continuous and further study in enterprise's competitiveness. In recent years, there emerges quite a lot of works which described the research about enterprise's core competitiveness theory, But say objectively, these theory have not become a system, especially they can't be unified yet at the intension of " key ability ".In this paper, the present theory schools were analyzed synthetically, and their distinctions and relations found out, the comprehensive definition and characteristic of "core competitiveness " brought forward. This paper began with the characteristic of mid & small-scale software enterprises and competition environmental analysis, based on enterprise's key competitiveness theory, discerned to enterprise's key competitiveness of mid & small-scale software enterprises of our country at present, and offered an appraisal of their current fostering situation,finally, designed their discerning and appraising model and general methods. Based on this, a further study of various kinds of factors influencing enterprise's key competitiveness of the mid & small-scale software enterprises at present were made, the relationship between these factors were described, the key influencing factor were found out. Finally, all various elements, including the characteristics, the competitive environment, the current cultivation situation and the key influencing factor of core competitiveness in the mid & small-scale software enterprises were integrated, and the key procedure and general tactics of their core competitiveness cultivation were proposed.
