The Research And Design Of The Remote Centralized Control Intelligent Node Of Lights Based On LonWorks

Field bus is a kind of serial digital data communication chain way, it links up to basically control in production field and high levels control course in the automation's control equipment. As the progress of the automatic technology was developed, more and more field buses with their fine performance have already been used in the course of the controlling actually in every field. LonWorks technology is one of the most outstanding technologies among them. Lon Works is a Local Operating Networks put forward by American Echelon Corporation in 1991,offers a powerful means for distributed control.First, this paper discusses the basic conception of field bus. After introducing the basic theory of fieldbus, background of the subject put forward and the author's main work, it reviews briefly the develop course of the field bus, introduces the advanced character of field bus and puts forward the technology content of Lon Works. As the need to this subject, this paper has explained the main technology of Lon Works in detail including neuron chip, Neuron chip firmware, Neuron C's software system, LonTalk agreement, commonly used Lon Works developing instrument,etc. Then, it introduces the real project -The remote centralized control system of lights .Based on Lon Works technological characteristics, criterion of protocol and intelligent communication, author has combined actual project experience and developed the intelligent node of the remote centralized control system of lights. Every function circuit design method of this intelligent node has appeared in detail, and gives out the concrete hardware to realize; on the basis of the hardware designed, author gives the Neuron C application programs of the measuring module and control module. As the same time author gives multi-computer communication's method of multi-thread technology, detailed protocol and an example.On realizing intelligent node designing, author fully utilizes the developing tool of Lon Works technology and VB develop languages, have concentrated to the remote centralized control system of lights on network management and real-time data monitoring system of the control system studied and design. This paper has explained network management design method and structure and operation principle and concrete realization of the monitoring system in detail.At last summarized the full paper, author summarized technological achievement and project experience that project makes.
