Bestseller has some characteristics such as easy to understanding, large scale and efficient communication, good effect of communication, longer life span and so on. Bestseller has unique function in spreading knowledge, exchanging culture,enjoying entertainment and relaxation. At the same time, it has been a vital new force on the prosperity of publishing and communicating culture. In order to make a valuable study on how to create the bestseller with vitality, this article discusses comprehensive knowledge of communicology, aesthetics, economics and other fields of knowledge.In the beginning, it analyzes the big background that our publishing industry faces home and abroad, and also analyzes the problems during the time of the bestseller being published. Then makes a conclusion of the whole characteristic of bestseller, and gives prominence to the quality and style of aesthetics and connotation of culture. The article mentions the space between the developed countries especially Europe and U.S.A, and also points out the direction in which we should do better and points out the advantage of publishing bestseller in our country. Secondly, it analyzes the extension and intension of the vitality of bestseller in an all-round way. Bestseller not only has the outstanding outer characteristics, but also has the reason that is the original content with high quality, style of aesthetics and cultural intension. However the society changes, and high technology is introduced in the field of publishing and communication, the fact that cultural product is content-first special commodity cannot be changed. Therefore, originality with high quality is the core of the vitality of bestseller. On this basis, it mentions that the principle of integrated marketing is the significant guarantee for best -selling books. Because of the extension and intension of bestsellers. They have longer vitality, greater communication effect and influence.The significance of studying the vitality of bestseller is to guide the publishing bestseller, its communication, and to appeal more excellent bestsellers. The basic aim lies in improving the quality of bestseller and, meeting people's need through the large scale of communication, promoting readers' cultural accomplishment, furthering the exchange of different culture, flourishing the culture of publishing and accelerating the civilization development of the whole nation, even the mankind. In the third part of this article, it mainly studies the strategic meaning of creating bestseller and how to create it. From the point of cultural communication between nations even the whole mankind. It points out the significance and urgency of creating bestseller with high quality. For the specific question of how to create it, the article talks about it from plan of selected topics, originality of "appreciation of the beauty" and cultivation between publisher and author and function of integrated marketing.After analyzing different readers' condition, it shows us clearly the ability that an excellent original author should possess and show us the changing of traditional publisher. It specially holds well the relation between author, publisher and readers. Then look at them as a reciprocal entirety and then set forth it. Even more it points out that three parts should give free rein to each subjective initiative and mutual cooperation, and should broaden wide field of vision so as to be devoted to the creation of bestseller with vitality.
