On The Formation Of Television Talk Show And Its Practical Significance

Television talk show, in a remarkably short time, has grown to become the most important television program. and it plays a major role in defining social~ cultural and political life of the society. But till now, especially in our country, little has been written on its origin and its practical significance. Based on the theories and the principles of journalism, sociology, psychology and mass communication, this thesis makes a systematic study of the television talk show. Ar defining the concept of television talk show, this thesis studies its orbit, present situation and its impact on the social life. Then the thesis analyses the reasons of its form, features and the effects on the modem television communication which it brings. The thesis tries to reveal the characteristics of television talk show and future integral trend of the television communication.
