The rise of the Internet and the Prosperity impact all aspects of human society, the media industry is even worse. To survive, the traditional media to expand their territory through microblogging, Wei-Chat, and other new media tools. The same as the birth of the traditional media talk show, the hurricane along the new media, open up their own piece of territory on the Internet.In this paper, I use literature review, induction and deduction, case analysis and content analysis to analyze TV talk show in the content, style and marketing, etc. While analyzing comparative discussion network television talk show, "a Pa Pa" as an example,I try to research talk show’s style, marketing and other factors. Concluded, TV talk show can learn from some of the tactics of the network talk show, based on the television media, while using the Internet for marketing and brand promotion programs.
