Educational fairness, pursued by mankind for thousands of years for educational ideals, is attracted to the pursuit of the general public . Educational fairness is being received more and more attention. Premier Wen Jiabao pointed out that " Education is the cornerstone of national development,educational fairness is an important social fairness." Ministry of Education has regarded educational fairness as the fundamental guiding ideology of future educational development.Educational fairness in fact includes the fairness of educational opportunities, the fairness of educational process and the fairness of educational outcomes, As the country and the society care more about the basic education as well as the popularization of compulsory education,the problem of the fairness of educational opportunities has been solved to a large degree, but the problem of the fairness of educational process is waiting for us to pay further attention to and study.This thesis includes five parts: The introduction introduces the background of the study and explaines the purpose and significance of the study, which proposes basic ideas and methods. Part I: The content of the fairness of classroom teaching is explained. From the fairness, the fairness of education, the fairness of classroom teaching followed by three logical progression to start defining the concept of the fairness of classroom teaching. Then the fairness-related concept is clarified to further explain the content of the fairness of classroom teaching.Part II: Current investigation of the fairness of classroom teaching. This part has described the investigation of the current situation of the fairness of classroom teaching.The behavior type of the fairness of classroom teaching was sorted out and put in order.Part III: Criticism to the unfairness of classroom teaching.this part has carried on the theory to criticise the unfairness of classroom teaching from three aspects theoretically----the law,the education and the ethics. Part IV: Attribution of the unfairness of classroom teaching.This survey,based on the investigation,analyzed various factors that led to the unfairness of classroom teaching.This study suggests that teachers'own quality is not only the internal factor,but also the fundamental factor.Part V::Prevention and dissolving of the unfairness of classroom teaching.On the basis of analyzation,this part has put forward the countermeasure to clear up the unfairness of classroom teaching.
