A Study On Rural Lineage And Rural Development Under New Village

The study about lineage and the relevants of it is an important entrance to study Chinese society.The problem about rural lineage links the evaluation of traditional culture and the solution of agriculture,village and peasants.In recent years,the rural lineage which had been destroyed has revived in many villages especially in the South of China.This is a kind of new phenomenon which has suffered welcomes and curses.However,the revival lineage is an objective fact.Author has combed all kinds of attitudes on the revived rural lineage through analysis-documents.Generally speaking,the scholars demoted more and welcomed less.Many of them lack comprehensive and scientific undetstanding on it.The article has analysed its rational basis and defined in some theories and through the realistic investigation.The contemporary rural lineage is an existence of psychology and benefit need and furthermore it can safeguard peasants'legal rights and promote the village development.So we should not perish it leaving aside the history ,should consider to promote its modern transformation and construct the new socialism village to bring ahout the harmonious aim.It includes six parts.The first is an introduction which involves the sake and significance of writing the article,studying present situation ,relevant theories and bounded the main concept.At first,I introduced briefly the article sake.Then I summed up the present study situation through bounding the lineage concepts and the attitudes of the revived lineage.In the end,I used some theories on study rural lineage.The second is about the analysis of the country condition and the investigation specimen.The part cited some material of Linchuan country Records to learn the specimen and its aim to show the fact of the backward economy of the country.Then I investigated the lineage emotion ,lineage activity ,environment and sanitation of lineage villages ,and the rule of rural district to analyse it.To sum up,the contemporary rural lineage has weaked much ,its feelings turned to god-belief and animate the quiet village;the lineage organization has lacked strict structure and its activity has more freedom;The peasants are not satisfied with the present condition of the rural environment and sanitation except for some districts;the rule of the rural district has not freed themselves from the potato structure though the peasants can recognize their profits.The third explains the times change of the lineage.We know the contemporary lineage is not the traditional organization through analysing its emotion, economy basis,content essence,organization,nature and function of the past and present lineage.The aim of the part is to show what is the lineage.The fourth is about the reasons of the lasting existence and the times change of the lineage.At first,the part analyses the reason of the lasting lineage.Then ,we learn the lineage has strong life and is taken existence as peasants'psychology and profit through analysing the reasons which involve system ,psychology and profit aspects .The fifth argues ways of the lineage in rural development.The part discusses the role of it to promote the lineage through market economy, self-govern and medium-guide .So we should perfect market economy ,break the dependent relationship and make the peasants acquire economy independence;and we should promote the self-govern system according to"Four Democracy"to safeguard the peasants'profits;at last,we can take measures to guide the development of it through medium.The sixth is the ending which argues some opinions of ruling the lineage.The part points that the lineage is not a kind of destoried force through Society Conflict Theory and to some extent,it's a constructal force to promote the villages.
