Based on Anthropological fieldwork method of participant observation, this paper mainly described the different characteristics exists in migration and the formation of community, Feng shui and ancestral grave culture, the distribution and joint-marriage of lineage organization, and beliefs and rituals in lineage between Doingying Village Han lineage organization in Qinghai Province, Ping’an County and lineage organization in Southeastern China in an ethnography way.Doingying Village Han lineage organization is not monophyletic group, which are joint-marriage between The Wang family and The Liu family. From six hundred years ago, they immigrated from Zhulu Lane of Nanjing province to current residence Doingying Village of Qinghai province in order to defend border areas. Through this joint-marriage, the population of those two families has been expanded and gradually spread and forms as Doingying Han lineage organization. Nowadays, the differences in ancestral grave culture between the two families has slowly faded and disappeared due to Han lineage Organizations and Doingying villages gradually become a community and introduced local economic policies. Although cultural symbols have been disappearing, they still choose to living in this village and in accordance with their own historic lineage identity. The Wang family and The Liu family both are monophyletic lineage organization, which are now developed into a local community. However, in their view’s, Doingying Village Han lineage organization is remain a relative’s marriage relationship.
