With the current constantly deepening of fundamental educational reform, new curriculum reform has been fully implemented and the teachers'specialization has been advanced step by step. But at the meantime, the pressure all the teachers have taken has been gradually exposed, which exert bad effects on the teachers'health and their work and life. This kind of pressure can be manisfested by the symptoms, such as tiredness and anxiety, from which the teachers in primary and secondary schools have been suffering. What's worse, all the teachers have shown the lack of interest and passion in their work and their self-evaluation has also been decreased. Therefore our attention has be to aroused to take care of this problem. The author investigated the current working pressure endured by the teachers who are from primary and secondary schools in Siping District by carring out a survey and analyzed where the pressure comes from and how the teachers correspond in face of it. At the same time, the author put forward some strategies and suggestions as to how to reduce this kind of pressure.This paper is divided into 3 parts. The first part is about the relative theories on pressure. The second part describes the research method and states the research results and its discussion. The third part proposed the strategies and suggestions as to how to reduce the working pressure taken by teachers. a) strenghening the education of psychological health of primary and secondary teachers; b) implementing the social support system; c) creating good working and institutioanl environment; d) adjusting and perfecting teacher evaluation system; e) improving teachers'training.
